SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern your participation in any text messaging program operated by Truthfully Insured. By opting in, you agree to these terms. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and our SMS program is used only to deliver the educational content you have requested.

1. Program description

Truthfully Insured offers two SMS message categories. Account notification messages confirm your subscription and deliver the content you request. Marketing messages send weekly auto insurance educational content, such as our Myth-Buster series. Each category requires a separate, affirmative opt-in.

2. Message frequency

• Account notifications: as needed, based on your subscription activity.
• Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month.

3. Cost

The program is free to subscribe to. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. Opt-out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing or account messages until you re-subscribe. Each opt-in category can be cancelled independently.

6. Supported carriers

The program is compatible with most major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy and the carrier non-sharing commitment

Your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, and any related data are used solely to deliver the messages you have requested. Truthfully Insured will never sell, share, transfer, or disclose this information to any insurance carrier, insurance agent, insurance broker, lead aggregator, comparison platform, or third-party marketer under any circumstance. 8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone you use to subscribe.

9. Changes

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
